Our investor interests are primarily focused on acquisitions. We are looking for principals who manage or own large companies with large assets and or partners, investors, majority shareholders or management who can deliver a majority equity stake in companies. Our equity investors are willing to consider all proposals from authorized individuals capable of delivering a majority interest in the company to our equity investors. Your title and position is not of primary interest, but rather if you can deliver what we are looking for.

A regional director will prepare the escrows and or work with your local escrow agent to insure a smooth transaction. Please contact us for further assistance along with the contact information for your local escrow agent if you have one you are already working with.

We provide assistance for the funding of commercial and jumbo real estate. We are a consulting firm and we work on a referral basis. We deal with new and established investors.

How long will you allow the use of Funds?

Each project is done on a case by case basis.

How long will it take you to get the needed funds to escrow?

If the escrow account was opened in advance this is almost an instant process once all is in place.

Will this result in more taxes?

Consult your CPA for all legal tax advice. We do not provide legal or tax counsel.

Will this inflate the appraisal or effect it?

No, in all cases the appraisal is obtained from an independent certified appraiser. 

Will this work with any real estate property?

We do not do FHA or VA or residential projects or government funded debt funded projects if DPA is being used.

Our greatest strength is our established reputation as a respected and trusted group. We don't need your deal and it is doubtful your deal is going to be one of the larger deals we have been a part of working as such if we do not choose to proceed on your deal do not take offense to it as we have more business than we are able to take so have to select not just what is a good deal, but has the right aspects for what we can bring at the time for the deal. That will change from time to time as our investors will have open slots and not from time to time of which will impact what we are able to consider.

POF/VODs : Short on Funds to Close?

Do you not have the funds needed for your down payment?

When you have a transaction that is going to be short on funds to close we can help with our value added Proof of Funds (POF) services. These will require equity participation and a consulting fee. If the terms are not acceptable please do not contact us for assistance. 

We have proof of funds (POF) and verification of deposit (VOD) valued added services for your client's to participate in and receive funds on deposit with major US brokerages and Banks. All funds are kept in escrow and all fees are protected in escrow.

We can fund in as little as a few hours for repeat clients -- not new clients. We do however, suggest allowing at least 3 business days for review.
